The Chanceford Community Building is available for use by residents of Chanceford Township, non-residents, and civic groups. There is a large room, a small room, and a kitchen.
Fee Schedule:
Small Room: $50.00 residents $75.00 non-residents
Large Room & Kitchen: $200.00 residents $400.00 non-residents
Security Deposit: $200.00 returned upon return of key and inspection
Civic groups may use the building free of charge.
The building is also available for auctions, please call for pricing.
